RideNow Group, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada in October 2013 as a development stage company under the name Smart Server, Inc. In February 2017, the company changed its name to Rumbleon, Inc. On August 13, 2025, the company changed its name to RideNow Group, Inc. The company was established to design and develop computer applications for smartphones and tablets, providing customers at participating restaurants, bars and clubs with the ability to pay their bills with a smartphone without asking for a check. The company ceased software development activities in 2015 and meets the definition of a "shell company" under the Exchange Act and its rules and regulations when it has no operations, assets or nominal assets. The company operates a capital-light disruptive e-commerce platform that facilitates the ability of consumers and dealers to buy, sell, trade, and finance used motorcycles and powered sports and recreational vehicles, or powered/recycle vehicles, in one online location. The company's goal is to change the way motorcycles and other powered/REC vehicles are bought and sold by providing users with the most efficient, timely and transparent transaction experience. The company's initial focus is on the market for 650cc and larger road motorcycle brands, especially those focused on the "Harley-Davidson" brand. As the platform matures, the company will seek to expand into more power/rec vehicle types and products, including ATVs, personal boats, snowmobiles, side by side, boats, and towable and motor vehicle RVs.
