Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc., was incorporated on November 1, 2017 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands for the purpose of acquiring a target company or business. On February 10, 2020, the Company completed the acquisition of AP WIP Investments, LLC and its subsidiaries (the "APW Group ") for a consideration of approximately US $859,500,000, including cash, shares and debt commitments (the" APW Acquisition "). Through the acquisition of real estate interests and contract rights in Wireless Telecom, APW Group is one of the largest international aggregators of rental streams under wireless sites. The APW Group primarily makes a one-time payment for the right to purchase future rents (and any subsequent leases, extensions or amendments) arising from existing tenant leases.
