Quanterix Corporation, formerly known as "Digital Genomics, Inc.", was incorporated under the laws of Delaware in April 2007. The company is a life science company that develops a new generation of ultra-sensitive digital immunoassay platforms for life science research and diagnosis. The company's platform enables customers to reliably detect protein biomarkers in very low concentrations in blood, serum and liquids, which in many cases cannot be detected using traditional simulated immunoassay techniques. These capabilities provide clients with insight into the role of protein biomarkers in human health that cannot be achieved with existing technologies, and enable researchers to unlock unique insights into the continuum between health and disease.
