Partners Bancorp was incorporated on January 6, 1988 under the General Corporation Law of the State of Maryland. The Company is a chartered and bank holding company registered with and regulated by the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve System (the "Federal Reserve "). The Company is a multi-bank holding company with wholly-owned subsidiaries Delmarva Bank and Virginia Partner Bank. Together, the banks make the company a $1.2 billion company serving customers in southern New Jersey and Delaware, as well as Maryland and Virginia.
