Pricesmart, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 1994. Pricemart was founded in 1996 by Sol and Robert Price, the founders of the original warehouse club operator Price Club. Pricemart's mission is to operate the warehouse club business in Central America, the Caribbean and South America with operating standards that are as good or better than those in the United States. As of August 31, 2025, they have 56 operating warehouse clubs in Central America, the Caribbean and Colombia. Pricemart is committed to improving the quality of life of people living in the communities where it does business.
