Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was formed on February 4, 2021. Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., through its wholly-owned companies, operates a series of independent companies that provide public affairs, crisis management, lobbying and advocacy services on behalf of corporations, trade associations and non-profit client organizations. Clients engage with PPHC to enhance and defend its reputation, advance policy objectives, manage regulatory risk, or otherwise engage with decision makers, stakeholders, media at the federal and state levels in the United States, and directly with the general public. Since its establishment in 2014, the group has acquired and integrated eight businesses and currently operates as five separate companies, focusing on the US federal government level and expanding its business to major US states and metropolitan areas. The five operating entities that make up the Group's operating subsidiaries are Crossroads Strategies LLC, Forbes Partners LLC, Seven Letter LLC, O'Neill and Associates LLC and Alpine Group Partners LLC.
