Established on February 28, 2000, the holding company is the parent company of Pinnacle National and owns 100% of the capital stock of Pinnacle National. The Company opened an office in Nashville, Tennessee on October 27, 2000 and has grown to 114 offices, including 46 in Tennessee, 39 in North Carolina, 21 in South Carolina and 8 in Virginia. As a city community bank, Pinnacle Financial provides personalized services to small community banks, while striving to provide customers with sophisticated products and services such as investment and treasury management, usually provided by large regional and national banks. This approach enables Pinnacle Financial to attract customers from regional and national banks in MSAs in Nashville and Knoxville. As a result, Pinnacle has grown to have the fourth largest market share in the Nashville MSA and the seventh largest market share in the Knoxville MSA. The company offers a full range of loan products, including commercial, real estate and consumer loans to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises and professional entities.
