Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, was established in 1998. As one of the largest midstream service providers in North America, the company has an extensive network of pipeline transportation, terminal, storage and gathering assets, mainly producing crude oil and natural gas liquids (" NGL ") basins (including the Permian Basin) and transportation corridors as well as major market hubs in the United States and Canada.
