Orbital Infrastructure Group, Inc., is an electronic platform company. The company focuses on the acquisition, development and commercialization of new and innovative electronic technologies and products, thereby increasing its product range. It explores market-oriented technology and uses its more than 20 years of experience in the electronics industry and its various platforms in distribution, marketing, sales, R&D and technical support to bring the technology to the market. The company's platform consists of a financial, marketing, sales, technical and administrative team dedicated to guiding and supporting three different markets. These markets include: (1) power adapters, including industrial power supplies (both internal and external) and the company's unique patented technology — Novum advanced power and separate power supply topology. Novum integrates the company's digital power modules to provide programmable power chips to leading networking and telecommunications companies. The power supply topology technology alone increases the possibility of meeting more customer needs by providing a more efficient power supply source; (2) testing and evaluation, which is one of the company's earliest businesses, integrates the company's unique inference-oriented natural gas metering technology and GasPT2 equipment by providing detectors and other testing equipment, enabling the company to use Vergence as the brand name; and (3) electronic components. From its recognition as the world's smallest optical axis encoder to its technological innovations applied to ATM modular encoders, the company has developed into an excellent supplier in the motion control product market. In conclusion, the company has established and will continue to establish a diversified portfolio involving multiple markets and with industry-leading technologies. CUI Global, Inc., a Colorado corporation, was established on April 21, 1998.
