Nxu, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on November 9, 2016. Atlis is a vertically integrated electric vehicle company dedicated to electrifying Work. The company is working on the production of 100% electric work trucks, Atlis XT pickup trucks and Atlis XP Platforms that can be used to power various types of work vehicles, such as last mile delivery vans, garbage trucks, cement trucks, vans, RVs, vans, etc. At the core of the Atlis hardware platform will be proprietary battery technology capable of charging a full-size pickup truck in 15 minutes, as well as a modular system architecture that can be scaled to meet the needs of a specific vehicle or device application.
