Northwest Savings Bank is a Pennsylvania-chartered savings bank headquartered in Warren, Northwest Pennsylvania. Northwest Savings Bank is a financial institution that faces the society and provides traditional deposit and loan business, investment management and trust business. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Northwest Discount, it also provides consumer finance loans. Northwest Savings Bank's Mutual Savings Bank was established in 1896.
