NV 5 Global, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is a holding company that provides professional technical consulting and certification services to clients in the public and private sectors. The company focuses on infrastructure, construction, real estate and environmental markets. The scope of the company's projects includes planning, design, consulting, approval, inspection, on-site supervision and management supervision. The company also provides forensic engineering, litigation support, condition assessment and compliance certification services. The Company operates through a network of more than 20 locations in California, Colorado, Utah, Florida, New Jersey and Mexico (until June 2011). The company's business has two main branches: Nolte Cooperative and NV 5. Nolte Partners began operations in 1949, was founded as a California company in 1957, and acquired a controlling stake in August 2010. NV 5 was founded in 2009 as a Delaware company. As part of the reorganization plan, the shares of the two companies were merged into Delaware in September 2011, and they own all the outstanding shares of Nolte and NV 5.
