Northrim Bancorp, Inc., a publicly traded bank holding company, is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. The company is governed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The company began banking operations in Anchorage in December 1990, forming an Alaska corporation through a restructured holding company structure. The reorganization was completed on December 31, 2001. The company has grown to become the third largest commercial bank in Alaska and Anchorage. The Company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Northrim Bank, a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska; Northrim Investment Services, Inc.; Northrim Capital Trust, Inc.; and Northrim Statutory Trust Company.
