NeoVolta, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada, USA on March 5, 2018. It is a designer and manufacturer of high performance energy storage systems (" ESS ") for residential and commercial applications. Its product portfolio includes NV 14, NV 24, NVPlus, NV 7600 stand-alone inverters, and most recently NV 16 kW AC hybrid inverters with 24 kW PV inputs and 250 kW/430 kWh commercial and industrial (" C & I ") systems. Its system combines lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO) battery technology with hybrid inverter capabilities to provide safe, flexible and adaptable solutions for backup power, self-consumption and energy elasticity.
