Intercon (Cayman) Limited was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands on July 4, 2023 as a holding company. Through its shipping subsidiary, the Group conducts global shipping business, providing time charter and ship management services. Building on its established global shipping network, Intercontre plans to expand into the marine pulping business through Openwindow, gradually developing this new business line utilizing its own and leased factory ships in cooperation with other shipowners.
