Nathan's Famous, Inc., sells products under the main Nathan's Famous brand and the Nathan's Famous trademark carried through the distribution of several different channels. Nathan's Famous, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware, USA on July 10, 1992 under the name Nathan's Famous Holdings, as the name of the parent company of Delaware known as Nathan's Famous. Nathan's Famous and affiliates have operated and franchised retail fast food restaurants in the past, featuring Nathan's world famous beef hot dogs, wrinkle-cut French fried potatoes and various other items on the menu. Nathan has also established a branded product program that enables food service retailers to sell Nathan's patented products outside of the traditional franchise relationship, and is also the owner of the Arthur Trecher brand. Arthur Trecher's main product is its original fish and chips product, coated with a patented recipe, fried golden yellow, and served as a special paste for "tacos" with English chips and cornmeal.
