Nakamoto Inc., founded in Utah on December 2, 2019, then changed from a Utah company to a Delaware company. Nakamoto is a Bitcoin company that builds a global portfolio of Bitcoin-native companies. Nakamoto plans to increase its Bitcoin holdings through solid accumulation and use its funds to acquire and develop an ecosystem of Bitcoin companies covering finance, media, consulting and other fields. Nakamoto's goal is to provide commercial and financial infrastructure for the next generation of capital markets. The healthcare business will continue to operate through Kindly LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nakamoto.
