Middlesex Water Company, incorporated in 1897 as a water company and owned in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania, operates regulated water and sewage systems. Middlesex also operates water and sewage systems under contracts representing municipal and private clients in New Jersey and Delaware. Affiliates of Middlesex Water Company, including Tidewate and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Southern Shores, LLC and White Marsh Environmental Systems, LLC. Its subsidiaries are Pinelands Water and Pinelands Wastewater, collectively Pinelands, Utility Services Relationships, Inc. (USA USA), Utility Services Relationships, Inc. (USA-PA), Tide Water Environmental Services (TESI) and Twin Lakes.
