Molekule Group, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware in February 2015. Molekule manufactures and sells air purification devices for consumers and commercial users. These air purifiers use Molekule's patented technology, photoelectrochemical oxidation (PECO), to capture and destroy a variety of organic materials such as bacteria, viruses, molds and volatile organic compounds (" VOCs "). Molekule currently offers three products: Air Mini +, Air Pro and Air Pro Rx. Air Mini + air purifiers are mainly for the consumer market. The Air Pro is a more powerful air purifier that is primarily used in larger indoor areas or for commercial purposes. Designed for commercial and industrial use, the Air Pro Rx is suitable for critical environments over 600 square feet. Molekule's Air Mini +, Air Pro and Air Pro Rx air purifiers also received 510 (k) clearance from the FDA as a Class II medical device for capturing and destroying certain contaminants as well as bacteria and viruses.
