Xunhong Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on July 25, 2023, and mainly operates in mainland China through its main subsidiaries Yaohong (Jiaxing) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Fuhong (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Yaohong was established in 2017 by the Science and Technology City of Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China, with the aim of promoting the development of the microelectronics industry in the region. The company acquired land and built a state-of-the-art R&D and manufacturing plant, strengthening its position in Jiaxing and the Yangtze River Delta. Founded in 2006, it is located in the Hsinchu Science and Technology Park. It is an important hub for scientific and technological progress in Taiwan, China, and a key center for the global semiconductor industry. The growth of the company is mainly concentrated in the field of automotive electronics, which remains its main focus. Xunhong is a leading supplier of automotive electronics for passenger cars, modified commercial vehicles, RVs and logistics vehicles. Mianhong's product portfolio includes smart RV control systems, lidar sensors, smart container control systems for logistics vehicles and vehicle seat control systems. Mianhong provides customers with ODM and OEM customized services. The design center in Hsinchu Science Park and the manufacturing plant in Jiaxing Science and Technology City enable the company to provide customers with comprehensive design, manufacturing and supply solutions.
