Although the company's key business is equipment rental, the company also sells equipment. The company has four business segments: (1) mobile portfolio management company, which includes modular home leasing division and portable storage business; (2) electronic testing instrument leasing division, which also includes environmental testing equipment leasing business; (3) its wholly-owned subsidiary Adler Tank Rentals, LLC, (4) Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Enviroplex, Inc., manufactures and sells modular buildings for use in California classrooms.
