MaxsMaking is a holding company with no significant business and does most of its business through its Chinese subsidiary. They are a customized consumer goods manufacturer focused on advanced technology and innovation. Their group consists of several subsidiaries specializing in different aspects of their business, including digital production, software development, product design and brand management, online sales and international trade. They started operations in 2007 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China, with manufacturing facilities in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province and Zhumadian City, Henan Province. In order to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and individual e-commerce sellers for small-volume customized products, they currently mainly use cotton cloth, nylon cloth, polyester, recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) and other materials to produce backpacks, shopping bags, aprons, tablecloths, luggage, suit covers, gloves, placemats and other consumer goods.
