The nuclear energy consulting department provides nuclear energy consulting and strategic consulting services to global commercial and government agencies. The company was registered in Nevada on February 2, 1999, and from its inception to October 6, 2006, the company engaged in other businesses. On October 6, 2006, the Company acquired its wholly-owned subsidiary Thorium Power Corporation (incorporated on January 8, 1992) in a merger transaction and changed its name to Thorium Power Corporation.
