The Company holds all outstanding shares of Lake City Bank, a full-service commercial bank located in Wausau, Indiana. The bank authorized its wholly-owned subsidiary LCB Investments II Co., Ltd. to manage some of the bank's investment products. The company is not involved in other businesses except the holding of shares issued by banks and the management of banking business.
Bank deposits are guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
