Lucid Group, Inc., is a technology and automotive company. The company was founded in Silicon Valley in 2007 to develop next-generation electric vehicle (" EV ") technology. Lucid is a vertically integrated company that (i) designs and manufactures electric vehicles, EV powertrains and battery systems in-house using its own equipment and factories, (ii) plans to provide refined customer experience in its own geographically located retail and service locations, and through direct-to-consumer and retail sales, and (iii) has a strong roadmap for future automotive projects and technology products.
