Luminar Technologies, Inc. was incorporated on August 28, 2018. Luminar is an autonomous vehicle sensor and software company whose vision is to make autonomous driving safe and ubiquitous by providing a lidar and sensing platform that is the only one that meets the industry's stringent performance, safety and economy requirements.
