Landmark Bancorp, Inc., a bank holding company incorporated in 2001 under the laws of the State of Delaware, is currently operated entirely by Liangma River National Bank, a company. Ownership of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary is headquartered in Manhattan, Kansas and has expanded its geographic reach through past acquisitions. In May 2009, the company acquired an additional branch in Lawrence, Kansas. Since January 1, 1995, the company has completed the acquisition of First Manhattan Bancorporation, the holding company for First Savings Bank in the combination of FMB and transactions, and FMB has been merged into the bank. The operating results of the bank and the company are mainly dependent on net interest income and, to a lesser extent, other income from loan service fees and customer deposit services.
