Kyivstar Group Ltd., established in 1994 under the name "Bridge", is an exempted company limited by shares, established and existing under the laws of Bermuda, and is a telecommunications and digital enterprise. Kyivstar is one of the first mobile networks in Ukraine. Kyivstar initially focused on mobile services. Kyivstar operates two related business lines: mobile telecommunications services and fixed-line telecommunications services. In their fixed-line telecommunications services business, they provide voice, data and Internet services, including enterprise Internet access, fixed telephony, data transmission and fixed-mobile convergence, as well as Internet TV connected through fiber-to-the-building (" FTTB ") networks. They are also the mobile operator with the largest number of customers in Ukraine.
