Coffee Holding Co., Inc. was incorporated on October 9, 1995 under the laws of the State of Nevada. The Company is an integrated wholesale coffee roaster and distributor in the United States and one of the few coffee companies to offer a wide range of coffee products across the full spectrum of consumer tastes, preferences and price points. The Company's private label and branded coffee products are sold to supermarkets, wholesalers and individually owned and multi-unit retail customers throughout the United States and certain countries in Asia. The company's unprocessed green coffee includes more than 90 specialty coffee products sold to specialty gourmet roasters in the United States, Canada and several international countries.
