IF Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, was founded in March 2011 as the holding company association for the Iroquois Federal Savings and Loans. The company is principally engaged in directing, planning and coordinating the business activities of the Federal Government of the Iroquois. The Iroquois Federal Savings Association is a Federal Chartered Savings Association headquartered in Waseca, Illinois. The business of the association mainly includes taking deposits from the public and investing these deposits together with funds generated from operations and borrowings in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, multi-family mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans (including farm loans), home equity lines of credit, commercial loans, consumer loans (mainly including auto loans), and construction loans and land development loans.
