CIMG Inc., was incorporated in Nevada on November 9, 2011. The Company, a specialty coffee company, believes that the Company is the leading co-packer of single-serve poured coffee in the United States and the pre-eminent co-packer of coffee brewing bags, also known as teabag coffee. In addition to the Company's single-serve coffee and coffee brew bag coffee products, the Company has recently expanded the Company's product portfolio to offer a third type of single-serve coffee format, DRIPKIT Pour Coffee products, as a result of the Company's acquisition of almost all of the assets of Dripkit, Inc. The company's DRIPKIT pour over format features a large size single pour over pack, which sits on the top of the cup and, in the company's view, provides a barista quality coffee experience for coffee drinkers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. While the United States is the company's core market, the company also has manufacturing and sales operations in South Korea and a joint venture in Latin America.
