The company is a leading manufacturer of the design, engineering and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment. Their main products include gas and chemical delivery subsystems, collectively referred to as fluid delivery subsystems, which are key elements of process tools used to manufacture semiconductor devices. Their gas delivery subsystems deliver specialized quantities of gases used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etching and deposition for monitoring and control. Their chemical delivery subsystems precisely mix and distribute reactive liquid chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as chemical mechanical planarization or CMP, electroplating and cleaning. They also manufacture certain components for internal use in fluid delivery systems and sell them directly to customers.
