ICC includes a holding company, ICC Holdings, Inc.; an operating insurance company, Illinois Casualty Company and its three wholly-owned subsidiaries; Beverage Insurance Agency, Inc., an inactive insurance agency; Estrella Innovative Solutions, Inc., an outsourcing company; and ICC Realty, LLC, a real estate services and holding company, which was purchased by ICC Holdings from Illinois Casualty after the conversion. Illinois Casualty is an Illinois insurance company.
