HV Bancorp, Inc., was incorporated in Pennsylvania in December 2013 and has no dates of involvement in any business. Once the conversion is complete, HV Bancorp will own all the outstanding shares of Huntington Valley Bank. They intend to issue at least 50% of Huntington Valley Bank's net proceeds from contributing stock. HV Union Bank will retain the remaining time of the net proceeds from the share offering and use a portion of the retained net proceeds to lend to the ESOP. In future days, they may use the net proceeds to pay dividends to shareholders and repurchase shares of common stock, subject to planned growth, capital requirements and regulatory constraints.
