The company is an online retailer engaged in e-commerce retail in the US market. Since 2013, the company has also sold items on the www.hourloop.com website. The company will expand into markets such as Walmart, eBay and Etsy in 2020, 2022 and 2023, respectively. To date, the company has generated almost all of its revenue as a third-party seller on www.amazon.com, while generating minimal revenue from operations on the www.hourloop.com website and as a third-party seller on marketplaces. The company manages more than 100,000 stock keeping units (" SKUs "). Product categories include home/garden decoration, toys, kitchenware, apparel, electronics. The company's primary strategy is to bring most of the supplier's product choices to customers. The company has advanced software to assist in identifying product blanks, so the company can maintain inventory of such products throughout the year, including the entire inventory for the last quarter of the calendar year (" Q 4 ") (the holiday season). In the coming years, the company plans to expand its business by increasing the number of business managers, suppliers and SKUs, while improving profitability.
