Effective October 4, 2018, the Company amended its Articles of Association and changed its name to "High Tide Inc.". It also sells cannabis-derived products and consumer accessories through various e-commerce platforms, and distributes medical marijuana to pharmacies in Germany through a majority-owned subsidiary.
