Highway Holdings Limited is a holding company established on July 20, 1990 and is a limited liability international business company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. The company is a fully integrated manufacturer of high-quality metals, plastics, electrical and electronic components, components and finished products for oem and contract manufacturers (mainly in Europe, Asia and to a lesser extent in the United States). Since its inception, most of the company's manufacturing activities have been conducted through its factory in Longhua, Shenzhen, China. In the past few years, the company has also carried out more and more product assembly functions (and some component manufacturing functions) in Yangon, Myanmar through a Myanmar company, which now owns 84% of the company.
