The Company is an investment holding company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the 'Group ') are principally engaged in restaurant operations, takeaway business and sales of condiments and ingredients in overseas markets located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Tehai International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company headquartered in Singapore. The company operates a Chinese restaurant brand and operates Haidilao hot pot restaurants in the international market. It has about 122 self-operated restaurants in about 14 countries on four continents, including Asia, North America, Europe and Oceania. The company's restaurants offer almost all of Haidilao's signature dishes, including four signature soup bases, namely Sichuan-style spicy oil soup base, tomato soup base, mushroom soup base and salty bone soup base, as well as signature Lao brand dishes, including classic Sichuan-style hot pot ingredients such as tripe, shrimp paste and ramen. In addition, the company's restaurant also has Haidilao's signature self-service sauce and seasoning bar, allowing guests to mix and match different dipping sauces and side dishes according to their preferences. The company's restaurants in Japan offer traditional Japanese-style soup bases.
