Hawaiian Holdings, Inc., is a holding company incorporated in Delaware. The Company's principal assets are all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Hawaiian Airlines, the sole owner. Hawaiian Airlines Inc., originally established in Hawaii in January 1929, became an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which was reorganized in August 2002. Hawaiian Airlines In June 2005, after the company completed the acquisition and reorganization, Hawaiian Airlines Inc., became a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Hawaiian Airlines Inc is dedicated to the passenger and cargo transportation business in the Hawaiian Islands, between the Hawaiian Islands, select cities in the United States, the Hawaiian Islands and the South Pacific, Australia and Asia, which are collectively referred to as its reservation business. In addition, Hawaiian Airlines Inc operates a variety of charter flights.
