The company is a holding company and conducts business through its wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary. They are a holding company that produces bromine, coarse salt, chemicals and natural gas. Their Shouguang Haoyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. mainly produces and distributes bromine and coarse salt. They are one of the largest bromine producers in China. Their Shouguang Yuxin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has produced chemical products for pharmaceutical, oil and gas, paper and other industries. They are currently building a new factory for SYCI. SYCI will not produce any products until it opens.
