Good Times Restaurants Inc. was founded on October 6, 1987, Operates Bad Daddy's Burger Bar Restaurants (" BDBB "or" Bad Daddy's ") and Good Times Burgers & Fruited Custard (" GTBFC "or" Good Times ") restaurants. Each is positioned as a high-end brand in its respective industry segment. Bad Daddy's operates under the concept of a premium burger bar in the full-service catering segment, while Good Times operates under the concept of a high-quality self-driving tour in the fast-service restaurant segment. As of December 14, 2023, the Company, through its subsidiaries, owns, operates, and franchises a total of 41 Bad Daddy's restaurants in seven states. The Company currently owns and operates 31 Good Times restaurants.
