Greenland Mines Ltd was incorporated in Delaware on March 16, 2021. Greenland Mines Ltd is a Nasdaq listed company with two operating divisions: (1) Natural Resources Division, which focuses on the exploration and development of the Skelgard project in southeastern Greenland, which is one of the largest undeveloped palladium, gold and platinum deposits in the world; and (2) Cell and Gene Therapy Division, including Klotho's KLTO 202 for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Through the acquisition of Greenland Mining Company, the Company holds an 80% interest in the Skelgard project and has an option to acquire the remaining 20% interest. The project has 2022 NI 43-101 Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources of 25.4 million ounces of palladium equivalent and 23.5 million ounces of gold equivalent, with a total undiscounted in-situ resource value of approximately $68 billion based on metal prices in February 2026.
