Golden Matrix Group, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada on June 4, 2008 as Ibex Resources Corp. The company's business at the time was mining and mineral exploration. In October 2009, the company changed its name to Source Gold Corp and continued to engage in the acquisition of exploration and development stage minerals. In April 2016, the company changed its name to Golden Matrix Group, Inc., changing the direction of the company's business to focus on software technology. On July 1, 2018, the company entered into a license agreement with Red Label Technology Pty Ltd., pursuant to which the company agreed to provide Red Label with interactive game technology, online marketing system and customer relationship management system.
