Stealthgas Inc., was founded in December 2004 in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The registered address of the company in the Marshall Islands is the Trust Company Complex, Agatac Road, Agatac Island, Majuro MH 96960, Marshall Islands. The name of the registered agent for this address is Marshall Islands Trust Company. The company owns LPG carriers to provide international sea transportation services for LPG producers and users, as well as crude oil and product operators licensed oil producers and refineries. In its core LPG industry, it carries various forms of oil and natural gas in liquefied form, including propane, butane, butadiene, isopropane, propylene, vinyl chloride monomer, which is all by-products of the production of crude oil and natural gas. All three medium-range product tankers in its fleet are capable of carrying refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, aviation kerosene, as well as edible oil and chemicals, while its Aframax tankers are used to transport crude oil. The Company believes it has established a reputation as a safe, cost-effective operator of modern and well-maintained LPG carriers.
