Fulton Financial Corporation was incorporated under the laws of Pennsylvania on February 8, 1982 and became a bank holding company on June 30, 1982 by acquiring all of Fulton Bank's outstanding shares. The company is a multi-bank financial holding company that provides a range of banking and financial services to businesses and consumers through its six wholly-owned subsidiary banks: Fulton Bank in Namibia and Fulton Bank in New Jersey, Columbia Bank, Lafayette Ambassador Bank, First National Bank of Namibia and Sweiford National Bank. In addition, the Parent Company has the following non-bank subsidiaries: Fulton Reinsurance Company Limited, Fulton Financial Realty Company, Central Pennsylvania Financial Company, Forforth Management Company, Forforth Payne Plaza Company and Fulton Insurance Services Group Company Limited, the Parent Company and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as Incorporated Companies.
