FTAI Infrastructure Inc., founded on December 13, 2021, was formerly known as FTAI Infrastructure LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a subsidiary of FTAI. The company's business is to acquire, develop and operate assets and businesses representing critical infrastructure for customers in the transportation, energy and industrial products industries. The company's business consists of four main business lines: (i) railways, (ii) ports and terminals, (iii) electricity and natural gas, and (iv) sustainability and energy transformation. The Company's railroad business invests in and operates short-line and regional railroads primarily in North America. The Company's ports and terminals business, consisting of the Jefferson Terminals and Repauno divisions, develops or acquires industrial properties in strategic locations to store and process various energy products including crude oil, refined products and clean fuels for third parties.
