FuelCell Energy is a clean energy technology company and a stationary fuel cell manufacturer with 22 years of operating experience in this field. The company manufactures and sells their proprietary molten carbonate fuel cell system, which provides large-scale, continuous clean power and advanced emission management. Their fuel cells electrochemically generate electricity through chemical reactions, resulting in ultra-low emissions and high efficiency. Carbonate fuel cell systems are fuel flexible, able to use biofuels, renewable natural gas or hydrogen-hydrocarbon mixtures, and provide reliable baseload power, carbon capture and thermal energy for cooling, heating and processing steam.
