Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc., established in 2006, began operations in October 2006. The bank is the parent company of Esquire Bank, a registered bank holding company. In August 2015, the Company and the Bank were converted from a savings and loan holding company and a savings bank to a bank holding company and a national bank, respectively, and the Company (formerly a Delaware company) was merged into a Maryland company through a merger. The bank is an independent, full-service national bank serving the banking needs of legal professionals, professional services firms, SMEs and individuals. The bank is headquartered in Jericho, New York. The bank also has a branch in Garden City, New York, and an administrative office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
