Euroseas Ltd., was established on May 5, 2005 under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands for the purpose of merging the beneficial owners of the shipowner companies that existed at that time. Their fleet consists of container ships that transport containers between ports that provide regular services. In 2018, 2019 and 2020, their fleet utilization was 92.7%, 99.1% and 95.5%, respectively, and their vessels realized date charter equivalent rates of $9,179, $8,782 and $9,445, respectively, and their voyage charter income and time charter income were $36.27 million, $41.77 million and $55.68 million, respectively. Their business strategy focuses on providing consistent shareholder returns by carefully choosing the timing and structure of investing in container ships and operating the ships they own reliably, safely and competitively through their affiliate, European Bulk. Represents a continuing history of ship ownership and management dating back to the nineteenth century.
