Enovix Corporation was incorporated in Delaware in November 2006. Enovix is a leader in the development and production of advanced silicon anode lithium-ion batteries. The company's proprietary 3-D battery architecture improves energy density and maintains high cycle life. Enovix is building an advanced silicon anode lithium-ion battery production facility in the United States for mass production. The company's original goal was to provide high-energy batteries for designers of mobile devices so that the company could create more innovative and effective portable products. Enovix is also developing 3 D battery technology and production processes for the electric vehicle and energy storage markets to help realize the widespread use of renewable energy.
